Samsung Smart TVs are among the most popular devices for IPTV streaming, and for good reason — the screen quality is great, the interface is smooth, and the app ecosystem makes it easy to get set up. Here's exactly how to do it.

Before you start: You'll need an active Smart IPTV One subscription or free trial. Once you order via WhatsApp, we send you either an M3U URL or Xtream Codes (username, password, server). Have those ready before opening the TV.

Method 1: SmartOne IPTV App (Best Option)

The SmartOne app is our recommended player. It has a clean interface, full EPG support, and loads channels fast on Samsung TVs.

Step 1 — Open Smart Hub

Grab your Samsung remote and press the Home button (the house icon). This opens Smart Hub. If your TV is older, press the Menu button instead and look for the App area.

Step 2 — Go to Apps

From the Smart Hub home screen, navigate to the Apps section. You should see a grid of apps and a search icon in the top-right corner. Click the search icon.

Step 3 — Search for SmartOne

Type SmartOne using the on-screen keyboard. Select SmartOne IPTV from the search results. If you don't find it, try searching just Smart IPTV.

Step 4 — Install the App

Click Install and wait for the download. It's a small app so it usually takes under a minute. Once installed, click Open.

Step 5 — Add Your Playlist

The app will ask how you want to add your content. Choose either:

Use the on-screen keyboard to type it in. It's a bit slow on TV — if you have a Bluetooth keyboard lying around, connect it first and save yourself the hassle.

Step 6 — Load Channels and Enjoy

The app will fetch your channel list and EPG. Depending on your connection speed, this takes 30 seconds to a couple of minutes the first time. After that, channels load almost instantly on every launch.

Method 2: Classic Smart IPTV App (Alternative)

If the SmartOne app isn't available in your region's Samsung store, this is the fallback option. It's been around for years and works reliably on older Samsung models too.

Step 1 — Install Smart IPTV from Samsung App Store

Search for Smart IPTV in the Samsung App Store and install it. Open the app — you'll see a screen showing your TV's MAC address. Write this down or take a photo of it on your phone.

Step 2 — Register on siptv.eu

On a computer or phone, go to siptv.eu/mylist. Enter your TV's MAC address and paste the M3U URL we provided. Click Save.

Step 3 — Restart the App on TV

Go back to your Samsung TV, exit the app, and reopen it. Your channels should now load automatically. If they don't, close the app completely from the task manager and reopen it.

⚠️ Note on Samsung Models: The app availability varies by model and region. Newer Samsung TVs (2022+) may have different app store content. If you can't find either app, contact us on WhatsApp — we can suggest alternatives that work for your specific model.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Channels not loading

Double-check your M3U URL or Xtream credentials — even a single typo will stop everything from working. Copy-paste rather than typing manually whenever possible. If you're sure the credentials are correct, try restarting your router and then reopening the app.

Buffering on certain channels

Most buffering comes from your internet connection, not our servers. Run a speed test — you want at least 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. If your speed is fine, try switching to a wired ethernet connection instead of WiFi. For sports or premium channels, wired always wins.

App not in Samsung Store

Samsung stores vary by country. If the app isn't available in your region, message us on WhatsApp and we'll point you to the right solution for your TV model and location.

EPG (TV Guide) not showing

EPG data can take a few minutes to load, especially the first time. If it's still blank after 5 minutes, go into the app settings and look for an option to manually refresh or reload the EPG. Some apps call this "Update EPG" or "Reload Guide."

Which Samsung TV Models Are Supported?

The SmartOne app and Smart IPTV app work on most Samsung Smart TVs running Tizen OS, including models from 2016 onwards. Older models running Samsung's legacy platform may have limited app support — if you're unsure, just ask us before purchasing.
